About Michelle Miner
Michelle, a renowned tap choreographer from San Diego, boasts over 24 years of experience. Her early training in ballet, tap, and jazz laid the foundation for her expertise. She honed her skills under tap legends like Brenda Buffalino and Gregory Hines, and is celebrated for mentoring Sophia Lucia in setting the 2012 Guinness World Record for consecutive pirouettes.
Michelle's choreography, which has been featured on NBC’s “World Of Dance,” extends to mentoring the 2006 World Dance Champion and shaping the careers of performers who have worked with stars like Rihanna and Britney Spears.
Her students regularly appear in major productions and have won numerous national titles. With her work appearing in music videos and networks like Fox, Michelle has earned three Industry Dance Awards for "Best Tap Dance." Her influence in the dance community is both profound and inspiring.
